The HP laptop I got frim this seller works well so far and offers good value for money. It runs smoothly for everyday tasks, and the included Microsoft Office subscription was as described, which is a nice bonus. The only downside is the color, which I didn’t really like personally. Also, the seller’s packaging was not professional—it arrived torn and didn’t feel like I was receiving a brand-new laptop. Overall, a solid product but let down by the delivery presentation of the seller.

It was missing the accessories that were in the photos. I also paid an extra $25-$30 extra for shipping to get it on a Saturday when I would be off work, the package never made it to me until that Monday.

The shipping was somewhat a nightmare. It "got lost" in shipping according to WalMart customer service si I asked for a replacement. However, after asking for a replacement, the original somehow magically showed up in transit (same tracking number not a new one) and eventually turned a promised 2 day delivery into 9 days.

Everything seems to be working just fine. We’ve had the computer for a few weeks

So far so good, I'm coming to the finish line of my classes and my old computer began to work slow.

I returned items, due to they did fit my need. I am currently waiting on refund, so far I have not heard anything from them.
