So far so good, I'm coming to the finish line of my classes and my old computer began to work slow.

I returned items, due to they did fit my need. I am currently waiting on refund, so far I have not heard anything from them.

The description was quite accurate. Shipping was fast and received when they said.

Did not advertise the product correctly. No mention about facial recognition or fingerprint.

I have only had this laptop for a few months, and it has consistently experienced serious performance issues. While working, the device frequently performs involuntary actions on its own, disrupting productivity. The only way to temporarily resolve the problem is by completely shutting the laptop down, which is neither practical nor acceptable for a new device. Unfortunately, the only solution offered so far has been to continue shutting it down when issues occur, which does not address the underlying problem.

Delivered on time. Everything as promised. So easy

No issues and it shipped fast. My daughter received in earlier than expected.
