When I reached out with an issue with the product not working properly I was given directions to refuse delivery of the item. I replied that I received the item 5 weeks ago and that it isn’t working as advertised. I was then told they could only take the item back if I had the original packaging. Obviously I do not at this point. So the fact that it only worked for 3 weeks is not a concern bc I don’t have the box it came in?

Fraudulent business practice. Pictured ad set of 12 permanent black markers in a boxed set. I only received one marker in a medium sized shipping external box. 11 markers were missing from my paid order. This was not a mistake. I think this was done intentionally by this seller and shipper of said items.
