First, of all the purchase price was good. After my husband mounted the fixature on the ceiling and he began to hang the round crystals on the fixature we noticed some of them where missing. I am so disappointed after mounting the whole ceiling fan. I am so frustrated!

Hi, we just put your gazebo together. It is bad quality- holes not in place, scews have some kind of glue on them and many were not workable with the tools you gave us. The hooks for the fabric is flimsy cheap plastic. And the fabric ripped when we placed the last corner into the fabric. This gazebo will only last one summer since it is so hard to take apart a build up again for the winter/ summer seasons. We are not happy about this and can not recommend it to anyone. The fabric looks sturdy and I like the velcro part for the corners. But the structural design is not a good one. Hope you will improve it.

Got sent a broken box %26 all scraped up. Also gray nowhere near a brown. Outside window for return or would instantly. Don’t buy.

A contact email was included with the instruction booklet, saying they would respond within 24 hours. Never heard a word.

Did not come with crucial items like 2 W3 panels and the 2 %2319 stim items were bent. Unable to complete. I tried uploading a photo of the incomplete shed as well as the bent trim but site would not take photo.

item was on clearence for a reason because its junk. i couldnt return it and they offered extremely low refund for cabinet they wont go together. i had to use screws to try to get it together and ive had it 3 months and its falling apart. this seller obviously knows what they are selling becaise they are the only seller that offers almost nothing to compensate poorly sold item.stay away!

Everything was packaged nicely and safely and shipping time was superb!
