Seller does not carry replacement parts for the product I purchased. Seller said that they would have to check with manufacturer to see if the missing part would be available to ship to me and that it would take around three weeks to get the missing part. I suggested that they simply replace the missing part from a stock box and then they could replace that item from the manufacturer. Seller said that their management system would not allow them to replace the missing part from their own stock. Instead the seller offered me a $35 dollar discount and suggested that I re-engineer the wrong part that came in the box to replace the missing needed part. We believe that his offer was extremely insulting and demonstrated a total lack of concern about customer satisfaction. So we had to disassemble the assembled pieces and return the TV stand. we strongly recommend that you cease to use this supplier.

In description it was never stated how high the fence was... its 5' in case anyone needs to know. I thought I was getting 10x10x10 I have a tall 140lb dog. Purpose was to keep other dogs out and they can jump in this. Very disappointed. Not thick fencing either. Good for 50lb short no climbing dogs.
