Twice, they sent me opened boxes. Nowhere did they specify they were opened boxes. No mention of being refurbished. Nothing. Why were they retired in the first place? I don’t trust that. The second time, not only did they do that, they sent the wrong one.

Return and refund went smoothly but their sales department is definitely needing help. I wanted to buy the box again for the same price (it was on a "flash" sale) and they decided, I guess, a sale wasn't needed. So I went somewhere else to get a similar box for cheaper.

The shipping was fast - the price was reasonable - the choice of quantities was limited. I wish I could have purchased 250 lids instead of buying 2,500 lids. The company might want to consider offering is smaller quantities.

I do not recommend these sellers. They're running a con through Walmart, and Walmart allows it.
