The items are listed incorrectly on the website. They are listed as Carbide but they are not, they are steel it would not work for my application. They did allow me to send them back, but only gave me half the credit. I did get a notice that they approved my entire refund, but I still have not received it after three weeks and multiple contact attempts.

They sent me a used defective pump and head unit. Wires were cut it was obviously used. I had to pay a plumber to come out and nothing was done because I was sent a used dysfunctional unit that has been discontinued. Do not purchase from unbeatable sales
