Another item that the delivery was not well thought out. A single delivery man was sent to deliver a 260 pound sofa. He also brought it on a semi. After several discussions with the delivery service, my nephew finally ended up meeting him at another location (different than my home), and transferring the sofa onto my nephew’s pickup truck. Totally ridiculous!

Merch was delivered un-damaged and boxes were handy to use for collecting leaves and lawn debris. Cat trees were easy to put together, looking at pictures. They need to use materials that don’t smell, and make the cat-trees-bases heavy enough to keep the trees stable when a launching cat lands on them.

The seller ships the chair in the flimsiest box you can imagine. One leg of the chair was sticking out the box when it arrived and the leg component was horribly scratched up. Additionally, the product arrived a week late. Do NOT buy from this seller. I would give the seller zero stars if possible.

Damaged when arrived. Did not offer to replace. Did reimburse part of the cost.

Scam practices. The item purchased on Walmart's website stated that it was sold and shipped by Walmart. I canceled the order within seconds of placing it, but I received no response from the vendor. When the order arrived several days later, the vendor finally responded and said it was too late to cancel. To make matters worse, the vendor wanted me to pay for return shipping, even though Walmart's website states there is a 90-day return policy. Please be careful when purchasing from this vendor. After voicing my concerns to Walmart, they stepped in and refunded my money. Great job by Walmart for taking care of their customers.

the product got right on time to the house and nicely packed!

I order two lamp shades. Each was carefully packed separately. I am very pleased with the shipping and handling of the lamp shades.
