Terrible customer service. Returning an item with them is a nightmare and they have so many penalties for returning. You don't get a full refund if it's not in original packaging, you have to pay yourself to return the item. It feels like you're stuck with something you don't like or you lose out on money. Lose lose situation. Just avoid purchasing with them.
