DONT BUY from this company - tire on scooter went flat within a month and you cannot take the wheel of to replace the inner tube even though it comes with a replacement one and we took it to a bike shop and the dude refused bc he broke his thumb on one of theses. Contacted the seller 2x and Walmart 3x about this being defective with no resolution.

Gave to my Grandson for Christmas. He was not able to ride it a lot due to the weather and snow in the mountains. Now it will not even turn on when plugged in to charge. Walmart said it is past 90 days so nothing the can do. Even though it was a walmart purchase, it was the sellers responsibility. So basically I will have to purchase another board after he got almost 2 months use out of this one.

Had an issue with the tire not staying inflated. The company never got back in touch with me. Never sent a replacement.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought this 9/28/25 for my son’s birthday, out of the box the steering was off. I tried to file a claim with the Walmart Allstate warranty for that but they said I needed to go to the manufacturer for their warranty. I have sent at least six or seven messages with this concern. I cannot process a return online. So I am stuck with a broken scooter that will go in the dumpster. Total waste of money and a very disappointed child.

After only riding scooter for 2-3 weeks it’s stopped working apparently this is normal for this product they offered to send a replacement part to fix the problem. Which has not been received. Reached out to company who said it was delivered but it has not been and I have lived here six years without losing any products. Walmart should not be selling such a horrible product. Or working with a company that can’t fix the problem or return or replace product. $175 down the drain.

I purchased an electric scooter thats supposed to go 19mph and a 21 mile battery range. The scooter doesnt go iver 15mph and the battery dies after 2 miles. cibtacted the seller, they sent me a new battery that is duct taped, sticky, and dirty. they wont do anything to fix the messed up battery that they sent.
