This Pyle, rack-mount shelf came packaged in a cardboard box with a few pieces of product information and the hardware necessary to mount the shelf. When I received my delivery from Pyle, it came packaged with 1 other shelf and a rack-mount case I ordered all together, seen in the video review. None of the 3 boxes had any damage. The paint is that thick, black paint that was durable enough for the install. Mine fit right into my 19"" rack, in which I have 7-8 other devices already mounted. My mounting tabs were properly aligned and you can watch me screw them in the video. Took 2 minutes per shelf to install and was able to fit and hold the small form factor computers on the shelf.

These are awesome rack shelves they are super strong and light and are quality. You will be proud to set your gear on these. Easly attached to my gear rack. Love this company great products.

Purchased the 2 pack to install in my network rack. 1 shelf is holding 2 Dell mini computers and the other shelf is holding 2 NAS units with a total of 9 hard drives. The shelves are definitely well made and holding a decent amount of weight from my equipment. I like the vented feature to allow my equipment to breathe and move air. I noticed putting pressure upwards while mounting/screwing I was able to install the shelves evenly. The shelves are NOT very deep so make sure to check your measurements.

The shelves are good quality, rigid, and fit in my rack perfectly. I have an industrial type rack with cage nuts. No problems at all. Good quality. I've seen a few reviews complaining about receiving them with bent rack ears, but that might be a shipping problem, not the manufacturer. Nice finish as well. As far as the 110 lb. rating. . . . I wouldn't try it, but I would imagine common sense would prevent anyone from such an act. Good deal for the money.

I installed them in my radio equipment rack. They are strong and also look great.

Fits well in my racks, even a bit tight, but that provides maximum real estate for my boxes. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the vent holes arent in the best placement for my gear and had to drill out 4 holes along the edges to screw the equipment down. Come to think of it, all the other 19 inch shelves I have had to be drilled as well; make that 4. 5 stars. Reasonable price, for sure.

Not the best quality gear, but the price right. Arrived damaged as shown in the picture (shipping box was undamaged. ) I was able to bend it back into shape using pliers.
