There wasn't to be any assistance needed %26 when I tried to put the wheels on the last hole couldn't be Lienned up? That little pin I don't think it will hold up. Plus it was to be delivered to my dooor it was delivered to my mailbox? My neighbor brought it to my door which involved going down 6 steps ,but still. Probably I will have to have it picked up. A Liner %26 cover was to be included that was not.
