MY NEW HYPER TOUGH AVIATION SNIPPER IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR ALL OF MY METAL CRAFTING NEEDS. I PARTICULARLY LIKE HOW IT HELP WITH ANGLE OFFSETTING. THE SNIPPER IS OF GREAT QUALITY, EASY TO CONTROL. THE SAFETY LOCK IS A PLUS CONSIDERING THE EXPERT SHARPNESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I bought these to cut some super thick plastic and was super skeptical since I didn't know that tin snips only open up a little bit, but these went through the plastic like it was nothing so I am pleased. They were the most reasonable price of the ones that I looked at and seem to be of good quality.

I love this tool! It not only cuts through plastic and thin metal/tin; which is great for crafts. But, I had a screw that got screwed in crooked while hanging up a new mailbox to my deck. We tried everything to get that screw removed so the mailbox would hang securely. Nothing worked. Found this tool at Walmart, bought it, couldn't hurt. It was inexpensive and was able to remove that allen wrench screw in a jiffy just by bending it back %26 forth by the clipper end.

This was not my first choice- I originally ordered the 3 pack with the left and right leaning shears. However, this is perfectly adequate for what I am trying to do (cut metal gardening mesh). Perhaps if I need it down the line I'll purchase the left and right ones seperately, but this one is pretty strong.

These are pretty great and cut easily through chicken wire. They have a lock to keep them closed, and the handles are a thick sturdy plastic. The metal cutting blades are sharp. I definitely recommend these and love having them on hand.

This tool is surprisingly sturdy but also a bit clunky to work with if you're doing more delicate cuts. I purchased these to trim stainless steel toe kicks (very thin metal) and the force they used bent the panels more than I expected they might. However, for the price, I would still recommend them and simply advise users to proceed with caution.

I haven't had them very long. I have been able to use then to cut chicken wire with ease. It also cut through some old plastic coated electrical wiring without an issue. I like the spring on the hinge and the ability to "lock" it shut.

I have a thin border around my garden that is metal and I bought this so that I could cut the metal to make it flush with the rest of the border but it did not do the job as it would not even scratch the metal much less cut it.
