This is so amazing for someone without a big home gym or lots of space. It's great for saving money as well! This set of weights consists of a single bar plus end weights from 5 lbs to 25 lbs. When the handle is in the holder, you just twist the handle to the 5lb mark or 10lb mark, etc. then when you lift it up, only the number (poundage) of weights you chose will attach to the handle. This is especially great for women or older people who don't want to buy a bunch of separate weights. You can start out slowly and move up. I am 60, and will never need more than 25 lbs, although I've seen this same type of set in higher poundage. These are amazing. If you want to do chest flys and other lifts where you lift using both arms at the same time, you can buy two of these.

I really enjoy these new weights added to my workouts! Such a great idea to give a twist of the handle and change weights as needed. It is a real pleasure and lots faster than having to buy extra separate weights. Instead of all those separate weights laying around, I now can easily turn the bar handle and get weight from 5 to 25 pounds. It takes up less space and is faster than adding extra weights to a bar handle and using the old-style wrench to tighten. No more loose plates or weights sliding off the handle. It's quick and lots safer for all especially if you have children in the area. At my age, it's so much easier to work out and know weights I'm using will not get lost in the convenient stand that's included. Only pick up what you want and very clean, great grip with non-slip surface, and organized. Really enjoy these new weights to my collection and would highly recommend to any age group. Thinking about buying an extra ser to balance out my workouts. Very happy using these and can feel the difference in my arms and upper chest. Great product and recommend!
