doesnt make a good a pull as good or as fast as the breville my ex girlfrd took, but not as expensive either so decent trade off, still makes a good espresso though. Unit looks well built and similar functions as breville not a cheap looking item

I love this machine but have it a 4 star simply because the dial didn’t work stright out of the box at first use and thereafter, which is what some use to decide when to adjust the water temp. However as for me I’m quite satisfied as it is and love my machine! It does a lot and is easy to program if you wish. You do have to clean the portipot and the area where the coffee stops from each time as well as the wand if you make lattes right away each time, I clean mine before I sit down to enjoy my cup. If users don’t keep it clean after every serving then that may be why their machines are faulting them, I really don’t know but mine I’ve had no trouble with aside from the dial not working after pick up. I also am pleased that it’s possible to remove the grinder to clean it which some of the more expensive ones you cannot for some reason, which in time should wear the blades if not ever cleaned. The machine will tell you when to descale it and from utube it looks pretty simple and needs to be done only once per month. Like car maintenance if you keep it up then your machine should last its life out.
