I love this cute little machine! In response to some of the reviews, I almost didn’t buy it. BUT I’m glad I did! My advice is to read all instructions before first use and set up. One review said the tamper is flimsy, it’s not. The flimsy piece is the part one uses to prime machine if water doesn’t come out during setup. It has to be primed first. After all was ready, I was like WOW! I cannot believe that people don’t read to comprehend. .It’s sad. Yes the machine is a tad noisy but it’s using a lot of pressure to run. It is okay as well. LOVE IT!

Priming the first time is key! Use everyday now for over a week and still makes excellent espresso with crema. Tried others just recently that I returned. This one had good reviews and makes great lattes. You will need to buy a stainless steel milk pitcher. It is loud but not louder than a starbucks machine.
