I absolutely love this espresso machine. obviously it is truly beautiful. i've had no issues with it not working. it gets used at least twice a day for the past 3 months. it pulls solid shots with thick crema. comes with tools to clean, scoop, and tamp. the tank is a good size and holds plenty of water. if you use distilled water you won't have build up. i love all of my beautiful appliances!

I have been wanting an espresso machine for so long! I work as a paraprofessional with special needs children in an elementary school so coffee is a must. I was worried I wouldn't understand how to work the machine but I instantly figured it out. Not hard to operate and very quick, which is perfect on those rushed work mornings! I have the crockpot from this brand and absolutely love it so when I saw that the price of the espresso machine had been knocked down I knew it was meant to be haha.

For someone who is not a coffee snob it is easy to use and makes a delightful drink. It's so pretty on my counter, and was relatively easy to understand. Sometimes it's hard to get the handle out if you over fill the espresso grounds but it's so nice I love it.
