My super expensive house name brand espresso machine just wasn’t doing not providing the lattes I crave so much from a cafe. I was nervous to make such a large purchase with only paid reviews but Thyme and Table has never let me down. I made a drink right after unboxing and WOW. The set up and priming was easy. Instructions were clear. And now I have cafe style lattes at home!!! Best espresso ever! At such an affordable price! This machine easily compares to a $700 breville machine!

I'd like to share that when you first get this espresso machine and get started an important thing is to rinse both heads out 3 times. This ensures you won't have any issues with taste and also cleans the machine beforehand. This made a BEAUTIFUL espresso! I love that it has a grinder. I like the settings for the grinder as well. It also comes with an instructions book and a few recipes as well! That's always nice. I appreciate that. This grinds so smoothly and accurate. It's easy to select each setting and function. Instructions are easy to follow. This made a silky tasteful brew. You have a huge water reservoir, which holds surprisingly a lot of espresso shots. It also has a self cleaning mode and function after every brew it kind of rinses the machine out and it'll run the water into the bottom basket and me personally, I like to dump it every brew that way, I don't forget and it back up in there and overflow or something. It has a consistent heating function. It stays a consistent heat. The steam on is so easy to use it steamed my milk perfectly a good tip would be if you're just starting out like myself is to get a thermometer made for me or coffee and keep it in there while you're crawling your milk and steaming your milk that way you'll know that you're not scorching the milk. and try to find a grind size that empties out all the water. Otherwise you'll be left full of water behind. I just had to adjust my grind setting and add a little bit more espresso to my grinder and increase the volume and the problem with solved this is a really friendly unit for beginners it taste like coffee shop quality it makes it creamy silky, beautiful espresso, or macchiato is one of my favorite favorites with this machine it's so easy to function you can make various coffees. It's very versatile. It's super convenient because it has the grinder installed already so you don't have to purchase a separate grinder. It came with a cleaning kit and you can also store all your parts in the drawer, it comes with a little drawer underneath the brewing deck super cool. I'll be keeping this on my kitchen counter and our coffee bar for a long time. This has a lot of power for a compact machine. Amazing quality and a incredible value.
