this machine has changed my life!!!! an automatic espresso machine is just what I needed. I could never figure out how to pull an espresso shot the traditional way but now this has become a really accessible way for me to make my drinks at home. the built-in coffee grinder also gives drinks that elevated coffee shop feel, and now I can make my own iced latte drinks every day. I love the ability to have different profiles for household members, and the touchscreen menu is really easy to navigate. there is a bit of a learning curve, but the machine itself is really intuitive and helping you understand how to troubleshoot any problems you might encounter, especially for those that haven't owned a machine like this before. some things to keep in mind: make sure to have the counter space for this machine because it is quite bulky, and definitely make sure to keep up with maintenance and clean it after every few uses (beyond the automatic cleaning cycle it does every time the machine boots up)

I am IN LOVE with this espresso machine! It was easy to set up and even easier to use with the automated touch screen. I love that there is the milk container attachment to save me a step. I also am obsessed that I can make hot, cold, and milk based drinks with just this one machine. I also love the option for both whole coffee beans or pre ground, espresso or regular coffee. I can even preprogram my drink to be made at a certain time. It's become a part of my daily morning routine. I highly recommend this machine!
