Definitely recommend this bed for your large dog!

My dog loves this bed! Our lab/white shepherd mix is almost 11 years old, so we want to make sure she is as comfortable as possible. We purchased this dog bed to go on top of her raised cooling bed. It is every bit as supportive as a foam mattress and she loves to rest her head on the bolster the surrounds the corners of the bed. Being able to remove the cover is a must because, we lover her dearly, but she sheds 24/7! This was a great buy!

At first I thought I got the wrong insert for the cover, but it magically fit. I got XL and it is very big. I hate getting things stating larger sizes and they are sized for toy breeds. The purple is a lilac color and is perfect for my granddaughters room.

Huge.

This dog bed is awesome but huge!!!! I didn't expect it to be something you put together but it was fine. The bed is memory foam and comes with a cover you zip up around it. It's super soft and a nice soft purple. It's massive like for a Great Dane or for multiple dogs which is great for us.
