Large TV Wall Mounting Service (Mount Not Included)

During the TV replacement process, the television they were working on fell and broke. This was not the new TV, but the one that was already installed, which I planned to move to another area of the house. As a result of the fall, the TV lost value immediately, and there is now a risk that it may stop working completely, which would be a total loss. I hired this service specifically to protect a 75-inch television, and that was the main reason I chose professional installation. Unfortunately, the exact situation I was trying to avoid ended up happening. The technicians need to be much more careful when handling large and expensive electronics inside a customer's home. I am giving 2 stars only until Angi responds and takes responsibility for the damages caused.

Installer was professional and courteous. A couple of days later I noticed a possible/potential TV mount issue and needed it checked out. Angi rescheduled the next appointments which they broke due to the/any installer not being available. Each time I had to take a vacation day off to be available. One of the appointments was rescheduled an hour after the appointed time. In the end, Angi did do the right thing and refunded my whole installation fee.
