I love this product for an excellent side dish or to use in a main dish. One of our favorites: In a little olive oil over medium heat— sauté until opaque 1 medium onion, diced A. Cup or so of sliced mushrooms A few garlic cloves, finely diced Add 1 1/2 pounds of ground round or sirloin Season with favorite spices and salt and pepper (go easy on salt because the rice also has salt) %26 cook until meat is done (No need to cook separately ) Add rice according to the instructions BUT in place of water, use beef broth, OR bone broth, or stock. Add a little Worcestershire sauce — yummo You can double the recipe and put in a casserole dish; add French fried onions on top and take to a potluck. Try adding parsley
