Ben's Original Coconut Sticky Rice Ready Rice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised at how good this uncle Ben's ready rice coconut sticky rice was. It was fluffy and sticky at the same time. The coconut flavor was very light and not overpowering at all. It was so good! I was able to feed three people with the one packet. It took only 90 seconds in the microwave and it was ready to serve. I will definitely keep this in my sides rotation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ben's Original coconut sticky rice is an easy to make, great addition to any meal. I like that it takes only 90 seconds to make and has a great consistency. This was my first time trying coconut rice, and I found it not overly coconut, but a little sweet. I paired it with my homemade sweet and sour chicken, and it was perfect! The bag feels like more than one serving, however, and I wouldn't serve it just for one next time.
