The baoding balls are beautiful!

The baoding balls are beautiful! The sounds they make are comforting. The instructions have misspellings in it, but I was able to understand. Also looked up videos that show me how to use them. I am just getting started. They are supposed to help with circulation. I like them and recommend them.
