I have searched high and low for an affordable, quality, COOL TONED brow gel, and I finally found it! Elf wow brow did really wow me, the color is perfect for my ashy brown hair and cool skin tone! It did add volume to my brows and make them appear fuller, since I hit 30 my brows have been slowly disappearing. The slight tint of the gel makes my brows look naturally fuller, and that's much appreciated. Wal Mart came in excellent having the shade I couldn't find anywhere else in this product also! An excellent product at an excellent price from wal mart, will buy this for life!
