Purchased the product for my 2.5yr old for the plane as this will be her first time flying and needing her own seat. I feel the car seat will be the safest option to actually keep her seated and will transfer great to the car once at our destination. We have two of these cheaper car seats. When my oldest turned 1 we bought an expensive convertible car seat that always had issues. My MIL had one of these and we decided to get one of them for our car. I have tried with 3 kids to love the expensive one but decided to get a second one of these. Honestly they are checked for safety just like the expensive ones and Ive never had an issue with these! They are user friendly and my kids always seem comfy.
