The product was good. The online ordering was fine. But the point is I did not need to order online when I was in the store looking for the item that it said was there. That is the problem and why I give a low score on that topic. The website should have real time inventory availability showing. If it says it's there, it needs to be there when I come to the store to pick it up as a regular customer.

Honestly I love it. My grandson came over and his parents forgot to leave his car seat and they were already an hour away. So I looked online and they had 2 for like $40 so I bought it and they were delivered the next day. Now I have one for my car plus my parents car. No more worrying about exchanging car seats. And it’s built well, extremely light, and just as sturdy as the more expensive ones.
