Pretty nice and light, a bit small for 35lbs

Used this in both configurations. It is very light and good for air travel/rental car, my research showed it is the lightest approved for its style. The relatively small size also means it takes a bit less space in the vehicle freeing up backseat space. No issues sleeping in it, but it does seem a little less comfy and plush than a full size, and no drink holder. So far two negatives, both pretty small. First, after 2 years the adjustment to tighten has become harder to adjust, though its still functional. Second, at 35lbs/39", it feels like we are near its size limit even though we are still well below.

My son loves his new car seat.

My son was excited to get his new big boy car seat. He looks comfy and enjoys car rides while he rides rear facing. I watch him through the mirror and he looks so content watching his tablet while in the extra cushioned car seat. The pattern looks modern and isn't an eye sore. It looks aesthetically pleasing and doesn't stain. The pattern hides any marks and it's easy to wash and install. The installation was easy and the price was fantastic.

Affordable travel car seat

This has been a great travel car seat for us! We purchased it after our daughter outgrew her infant car seat and it's roomier - she's 2.5 and 28 lbs. I do wish it were lighter and less bulky, but for the price, it has been worth it. It only takes about a minute to loop the seat belt through and secure the seat in the car so that's handy when you're trying to get into an Uber.
