Please bring this product back! It's DEFINITELY the BEST of its kind! Been searching everywhere for it! It's always the very best products that get discontinued and the lousy ones that get left! This product goes on easily and stays all day and fills in sparse spots and looks natural! I can't say that of any other!

Coming with no instructions we were left thinking that the powder flows thru the sponge and mine appeared to be bone dry. I realized that it had pump feature and tried that, thinking the powder was inside the pen and I was trying to make it come out. This is backward. LOOK INSIDE THE CAP! Watching youtube, I see the powder is in the cap and it is when you screw the lid on that it picks up more. Once I saw it in there, I had hope I could make it work. It seems mine was dried up and would not come off, so I used the pointed end of another applicator to lightly scrape the powder in the cap. Then I put the lid back on and screwed it down, then backed off a little and screwed it back & forth a few times - VOILA! fresh powder that will come off the sponge and onto my brow! (there was a brown dot on the sponge when I opened it, but it was dry.) Now that I have the powder fresh in the cap, it may be that it will pump from the cap, l don't know, will pump or twist back & forth as needed, from here out.
