How to Apply: Cut to size and round corners for best results. No stretch 2 in from end: 20% stretch elbow no stretch. No stretch at tape ends and at the elbow ensures the tape stays adhered to skin. 20% stretch: 20% stretch sections for kinesiology tape benefits & reduced muscle soreness(b). Apply as needed. Can be worn up to 3 days. Read all cautions on box prior to use. (b) Tape must be worn during and after exercise (up to 48 hours) for reduced muscle soreness.

Annoying Adhesive Residue
I bought this as a head football coach for my players because they were looking for a turf tape that would be comfortable and stay on throughout our games. Well, the tape is defiantly sticky, but its too much... I don't know if its the adhesive they use or what, but my players were complaining until our next game a week later about sticky adhesive being left on their skin, despite showering and attempting to rub it off. The tape did its job for the most part, lasting on most players, up until the end of the 3rd quarter, where I noticed it falling off on them. Overall this product failed my only two reasons for buying in the first place.

tape very thin felt thinner
tape very thin felt thinner than the normal tape and it is supposed to be Turf tape. the thinness makes it hard to work with, hard to apply to the skin and does not stick well.
