Reliable KT tape

This is a bit expensive but it starts working almost immediately if you know how and we're to apply it! Great product though, I've been an athlete all my life and KT tape is my go to, to help alleviate some of the pain, not all of it from exercising. I had surgery on my right shoulder so I had to apply the tape this way because I've been doing more upper body exercises. Hope this helps
