I was really skeptical when it was first recommended to me to use this, but to my surprise it really helps. My knee isn't super stable and with this on I feel almost like I'm wearing a brace without all the sweating and itchiness. I bought this for my daughter as she plays volleyball and she was feeling a pain in her shoulder and hearing a sort of grinding / popping as she moved her shoulder so we bought this just for her to feel like she could swing without anything moving. The original KT tape is an excellent tool to have on hand for sore muscles, joint paint or stiffness. I've tried other brands and repeatedly come back to this one. This tape unlike others, sticks to the skin comfortably and withstands water from a shower and regular sweating. It provides me comfort and relief for at least a solid 8 hours at a time. This is a win for me and a regular repurchase.
