Impressive and Top Shelf

Very Happy with the Vivosmart 5, I bought my wife and I each to track exercise and sleep patterns. Very impressed with all the features and technology in this band. I bought this along with the Smart scale and all connect to provide outstanding tracking of fitness and health monitoring. When wearing to track sleep the Do Not disturb feature is great that way no vibrations while sleeping. The Garmin Connect App on the phone puts all information in easy to read and track for periods of time. The overall quality of this and all Garmin products are Top Shelf. Always impressed!

Great watch

I was sent this watch by my health provider and I feel it is a great item, it helps me a lot with knowing my sleep patterns and my step count, I also enjoy the fact it keeps my HR on live BPM unlike my Apple Watch that has to do a read before I knew where my HR was. Thank you

My Best Health Buddy

I've been using my device for about three months now and I love it! The information it provides is priceless. I actually get a "total" calorie count . Other devices I've used have only given me the active calories, with this one I get resting calories too. This count makes it easier to stay within my target for intake vs burned calories. I try to burn more calories than I take in. If I'm falling short of my goal I can walk or do some other cardio to burn more calories. It has helped me maintain my weight loss after having to stop my GLP-1 and that's awesome! I also like the hydration tracker. There are so many useful monitors on this device! It monitors sleep, body battery, stress, steps, heart rate with an abnormal heart rate alert, respiration, even your fitness age! Best health device purchase I've ever made.
