Brought for my wife - we have become a Garmin family now. Tata Apple. I have the Forerunner 965 for more higher intensity workouts, more of an athlete than my wife, but the Vivoactive is no poor cousin either - looks really good, has almost the same features and is smaller in size (fits my wife's wrists). Overall a solid buy

Good Watch, costly but worth it

I really like my Garmin watch it has a battery that lasts over a week which I just love. it tracks everything I need such as steps, heart rate, pulse ox (many watches do NOT do oxygen saturations - this does), sleep logging, it synchs seamlessly with my phone and I can get the weather on it and know who's calling. it has features I don't use like music and I'm sure there's more. This not a commercial for the watch, honest. I've owned a few different brands. I just prefer this one. it's a little on the high end money-wise since it isn't a phone too like Apple but I already have a phone and I like it just fine.

Hubby loves it; by far the best Christmas gift I've purchased for him, he's actually excited about it. All the bells and whistles (which he assures me you can turn off) but much cheaper that an intelligent watch or a milky-way watch. However, I do now know significantly more about the quality and quantity of my husband's sleep than I ever expected I would or could.
