received about a week ago. smaller then the picture but i still love it. you can choose between small or large cubes, it makes them fast! it also tells you when the ice is full. i empty it and put in a zip lock bag in freezer until the bag is full this way we have lots of ice. its also very quiet so you have to look to see when it's full. the only thing i do not like any this machine is refilling the water. its awkward and easy to spill so be careful! other then that i love this machine abd definitely reccomend

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son since the one on his refrigerator at the time was broken. I really like having ice waiting for me when I need it. It's a little difficult quite difficult to fill the water chamber. The way that it's set up. I wish it was a little bit different maybe from the top or something. But other than that, the noise level isn't bad. I wish it was. Iwish that it was insulated enough to save the ice overnight.
