Use soft water in order to get good tasting ice. We are really enjoying it! Easy to use! Pull the lid straight up to get the electric cord out.

Perfect

I love this nugget ice maker. I've had it for a few months now. Used the self cleaning feature once. Everything still working great. Doesn't take up too much space in my small kitchen and nuggets are better than bullets.
