Not sure if seller sent us an open box when we ordered new. Called Sauder and they sent replacement hardware. Would definitely buy Sauder products again.

Very nice for price
These were ordered because they fit absolutely perfectly in the space we anted. I wasn't expecting great quality due to the price but we were pleasantly surprised. They went together easily. All parts were there, just surprised there were no extras like most assembly products give, so keep an eye on parts. The only disappointment was the backing board had some flaws but I knew we were filling the shelves with decor pieces and they weren't going to be visible. Very happy we found these. Until we decide if we want custom built ins.
