I LOVE my new bookshelf!! I couldn't wait for my husband to get home so I put it together myself. It took a couple hours but I followed the directions and it went together perfectly! It was packaged really well to protect it during shipping. They make it so easy to put together and I love the humor throughout the instruction manual. It is a very solid, sturdy bookshelf and will hold a lot of books! It looks so elegant - especially for the price. I'm so happy with my purchase!! Thank you!!

Bookshelf is sturdy and looks great. Mostly made of particle board, but I wasn't expecting solid wood for the price. Only problem was the package looked like it was opened and hardware was missing. Not sure if seller sent us an open box when we ordered new. Called Sauder and they sent replacement hardware. Would definitely buy Sauder products again.

I was pleasantly surprised. A very nice bookshelf, especially considering the price. Although the assembly was a little more difficult than I expected (it took over 2 hours and the instructions were not as clear as they could have been), the bookshelf itself is great. Very attractive, there are trim pieces for the front which really give the bookshelf a finished, polished look. It's also heavier and sturdier than I expected. Very pleased with this purchase.
