Assembly was easy, but I realized then that disassembling it later might be a bit difficult. But that's okay, why would I disassemble it? The chair is comfortable; I bought two different colors, and the wheels didn't have any problems. It's a simple desk chair. The quality is good for the price. The assembly instructions are good, only the pictures aren't proportional. It might be useful for the office, but it's not an executive chair. I bought it for home use. Adjusting is easy, as with any chair.
