I want to sure about the chair when I got it. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be and a very light shade of gray. Other than those two factors I really like the chair. Easy to install. Used for a 7 year old, and she is not heavy enough (at 56lbs) to make it "go down" if it's raised higher, so an adult/heavier person has to do that. Works great. I bought Morandi Pink and would say it is a true dusty rose color.
