Mead Spiral Notebook, 1 Subject, Wide Ruled, 70 Sheets, Assorted (05510)

I purchase these to use to keep record of my items in my freezers, and pantry. I have one in a clear holder on my freezers so I can look at a glance to see what I have inside each without having to open the doors. Yes, I do remove items from the list and add new ones as well. And, when I have to do a grocery shop again I look at my list of items for my freezer instead of having to look inside. And, I do the same with my pantry as well. Its what work for me and my family. And, yes my family knows to check the list, and remove an item from it once it is all used.

This is great for general notes in school or around the house. I have one in my living room and my wife has one in her office so when we receive a call we can jot down quick notes like change in appt and time, directions, requests, etc. The size is perfect for 8 1/2 x 11 and the paper is lined. Being left handed the spiral feature is nice as it allows me to flip the left side of the pad inder the right side for ease in quick notes. As I fill up a page I just flip it around for quick use. This way I can always go back through the pages to remember by reading the notes. We always put our pens in the spirals so we always know where they are to write down a note.
