This is exactly what I needed and perfect for students needing a single subject notebook. It has plenty of space and quality paper. That means less bleed through and more notes. If you write a lot like I do then you know some paper quality is soo much better then others. This is good quality paper. Color isn't cute the construction is great. I'd buy the cheaper one for kids wasteful kids. I bought some for my son and for students in his class

Great Ad for us AUDHD with the Dys'

I have ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyscalculia. The feedback I receive from the thickness of the sheets of paper in this book helps me significantly both in retaining information, and having neat organized notes. The heavy cover keeps me from destroying the notebook and losing my work with my excessive fidgetting. I wish they made looseleaf packs of this same type of paper. It would be easier to build a binder. As a college student binders are easier to manage than notebooks. However, I love these notebooks and buy them often.
