I had qualms about 13 inch pie height, but I had a wool, heavy pad took care oh that. The pile was plenty dense, it looks wonderful in my neutral room) I needed a touch if color), and it gave me a wide selection of chair colors to change to. Don't hesitate to start you search in the clearance section. There's lots of beautiful budget-pleasing rugs there. I love my selection.

Amazing value and pretty colors

For the price point, this rug is excellent. I bought it to coordinate with our dining room rug and the colors are spot on. It is a bit thin but, again, for the price point it exceeds expectations (and the thickness is clearly shown in the listing so I wasn't surprised). Cleans easily (handy since we're renovating and this covers our bare subfloor right now) and Roomba friendly. I'd recommend a nice rug pad underneath to help it feel plush and squishy if that's what you're aiming for.
