Not gonna lie...I got this rug only to replace a 55 year old rug that needed to be replaced. The colors of the rug match my original 70's basement look and the price and size were right. I have a smaller older rug that's at the foot of the bed and I love that rug. I figured this new rug would be kind of like a joke, because it's so non-linear and "fluffy". But after getting it the old favorite rug looks really flat by comparison. (I am OCD -- obsessive compulsive disorder -- and for the first few weeks I walked around the rug because every time I walk on it it changes how it looks. And that messes with my head.
