Almay Conditioning Liquid Liner, Precision Felt Tip Eyeliner, Waterproof, Cruelty-Free Makeup, 10 Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10/10! This liner accomplishes everything I look for in a high end liquid liner for a fraction of the cost. Getting the perfect wing can be difficult but the felt tip and design make achieving a sharp wing easy. I also like the fact that the color payoff is strong and the amount of liquid dispensed is perfect. Enough to not have to go over it twice but not too much that the dry down time is too long. Long wear time with no smudging as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using this Almay Conditioning Liquid Eyeliner. The pigment is rich and provides great color with just one application. It glides on smoothly, feels lightweight and comfortable throughout the day, and doesn't irritate my eyes. The formula has excellent staying power without smudging easily, and the slim design makes it easy to create precise lines. Overall, it's a reliable eyeliner that combines performance, comfort, and durability.
