Like most people, we were required to buy a 3 ring binder for school. This one is exactly what we needed. The three metal rings inside are large enough to hold a full pack of paper, dividers, and a pencil case. There are two pockets inside to hold all of his loose worksheets from class as well. On the outside, the front and back both have a clear pocket to put paper inside. His teacher puts a sheet of paper with the class and his name on the front one, and a weekly behavior chart inside the clear pocket on the back. The rings are heavy duty and stay shut, but my son (4th grade) has had no problems opening them when he needs to.

The Durable View Pen+Gear Binder is a very versatile binder. It is extremely roomy having a 220 page capacity. It has a D-ring that allows it to hold extra sheets. The binder is one inch snd has a clear cover that allows a presentation cover to put a title on the project.
