I have a small kitchen so I bought this griddle. I love it! I can scramble eggs on one side and makes pancakes on the other. Cleaning is easy despite the griddle not having a slightly higher lip. The egg mixture sometimes spilled into the middle space between the 2 parts, but there is a tray that fits underneath the space which pulls out easily so the counter stays clean. The surface is non stick so is easy to clean.
