My cooking just easier

This electric griddle is lightweight and requires no real set up. It's heat up fast and evenly. Decided to make pancakes so I poured a tablespoons worth of oil onto the non stick surface and gently spread it over the entire non stick surface. The pancakes formed up and cooked evenly and quickly. I'm going to buy a plastic spatula to use on the griddle as our metal spatula made a loud scraping noise on the griddle surface but didn't scratch it. Liked the easy to follow instructions on how to operate and clean up of the griddle was simple and easy to accomplish.

Love it!

I cannot wait to use this griddle, my mother has one just like this but her's is a cream color and let me tell you she makes the best breakfast on this griddle! And very easy clean up! Now I am a proud owner of my very own. Also very good when you're making home made flour or corn tortillas as they pop up fast and never burnt!

Heats Evenly %26 Cleans Easily

This electric griddle is the perfect size and does a great job heating up evenly across the entire cooking surface. I really love the ceramic coating because cleaning it is easy and nothing has stuck to it even after several uses. The grease catcher is a little smaller than what I'm used to but it hasn't caused any issues so far.
