Instructions was easy to follow once you overcome being overwhelmed by the parts. Its sturdy and very roomy. put my out door cushions in and two storage boxes in there. Most likely will order another. Just got it so will see in time. As of right now wee had rainy days and snow storm and its very dry inside. Any horrible changes will update this
