I have to wait 48 hours to talk to someone about returning a chair that they sent broken and scratched. What the heck?! This is terrible. I hope they pick it up and return my money, but I’m concerned w a company that would send out this chair.

Seller demands photos of item that arrived damaged, before they'll send the prepaid return label (or whatever their intentions are to make it right); yet Walmart app doesn't offer ability to share those photos... so I'm chasing the seller around Walmart... ridiculous!!!

There were no instructions just pictures. The pictures were confusing but the final outcome was great

This is a great outdoor storage chest! It is made well and I like the pattern/design.

I never ordered this item and was told that the seller would contact me but they never did,I was charged $200.33 for thi item that I did not want. I live in a one bedroom apartment. Fed X left a huge box near my door. The box was left in the rain as well.My landlord wanted it removed, some of my neighbors helped to place it in the dumpster.
