I BELIEVE THE TWO GLIDERS HAD BEEN RETURNED WHEN THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE. BOX WAS TAPED BACK TOGETHER AND AND WHEN I ASSEMBLED THEY DO NOT SWING AS THEY SHOULD - THEY SCRAPE ON ON ANTHER SECTION AND MAKE A TERRIBLE NOISE. I FEEL YOU SHOULD SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THEM, OR PICK THEM UP AND GIVE ME CREDIT. I AM 89 YRS AND DO NOT USE A SMART PHONE TO SEND PICTURE.
